I am the second owner and have only used it once. It has softened really nicely over time. The interior is very clean, no staining. No odors. Smoke free and pet free home. Please note in photos, one side of the bag has a little discoloration where the bottom seams are. The leather also feels a little rough around that area. I’m assuming this is from wearing the bag on this side against the body. Otherwise, the other side is pristine. I am sure you can get that area looking great again with some TLC.
