Vintage Furst College Patent "Leather" Envelope Purse Shoulder Bag

I'm not sure if this is actual leather or not, but the outer material has the look of patent leather. Has a snap closure with a small interior zip pocket. In fairly good, , Vintage, pre-owned condition. There is a bit of wear on the sides (see pics) and a bit of color bits removed on the interior part of the flap (see the 2 white spots below the snap button in pic 6).
