This is an authentic vintage Coach Metropolitan briefcase as seen being carried by Anne Hathaway in the new movie the Devil wears Prada 2. Style # 901 indicating it was manufactured during the late 1980s to early 1990s era, prior to 1994. This bag is crafted from Coach’s iconic thick glove-tanned cowhide leather. Made in the United States. Unisex briefcase/laptop/messenger bag. Features top handle, flap closure, two interior compartments, interior slip pocket, exterior slip pocket, detachable shoulder strap with a 20” adjustable drop. Size is approximately 11” H x 16” w x 8” D. The bag is in good condition with wear shown in photos. Scratches on brass turnkey buckle consistent with age of briefcase. Has original coach hang tag. Included is a large Tory Birch dust bag. Lovingly cared for but no longer using. Shipped from a smoke free home.
