I made this skirt by repurposing a vintage tablecloth which had handmade crochet lace as well as hand embroidered floral details. Elastic waist for comfortable fit. The top tier is lined. I made two identical skirts from this tablecloth. The color is off white, a very pale dusty rose. I'm 5'8 and normally wear L. It fits me well. Elastic waistband goes from 31 to 50 inches. 36.5 inches long.
