I inherited this from a German relative. It doesn't seem worn. It has no labels and has beautiful detailed embroidery. The distance from top shoulder seam end to end is 18". The measurement from the bottom sleeve seam to the other side is 23". The length from the bottom arm seam to the hem is 35". Note that isosceles triangular pieces are added to the sleeves and to the bottom sides of the dress to add flair. I didn't attempt to iron or steam the wrinkles out.
