Hi! Could you measure the top? I love the dress but I’m not sure if it will fit!

@leannmb3 Hi there! Lying flat the top measures 15 inches. However there is some sticky elastic at the top that stretches comfortable to 18 inches lying flat. Hope this helps. The dress is gorgeous!
