Great day to night summer dress. Elastic at bust. Small gathered detail at waist and pleating up front making the hem hi and low. Heavier thick jersey material falls beautifully. The brand/material tag fell off, but I know it is Aqua brand since I have the same dress in different color and size. The material is polyester and spandex so it is stretchy. This is a vintage dress. It has been worn few times but it is in great condition.
