Neuflora cotton dress with front ties size S/M

In new condition, worn and washed once, however it is too small for me. Dress is labeled L but would fit a size small or medium better. 100 percent cotton with lining and pockets, drawstrings are all functional with snaps underneath too. This dress also has a side zipper for easier removal.
