This was new in package but has some condition issues so needed to take out to fully inspect. Is complete all tiles all days, months, and holidays. This has some scuffs on the front, the corners and a little wear on back. the hooks for the month are also slight bend but do the job and only hold one month at a time. Measures 27 inches long 10 inches wide Front is meant to hold a picture of whatever you would like that space is 9.5x7 inches
