Regency Victorian style blouse ~ Ruffles, smocked sleeves, button up Coquette

In very good pre-owned condition! Regency style with smocked sleeves, ruffles at yoke, ruffles half way down sleeves, button up front, so pretty! Neck label says Chelsea & Violet, though from the looks of the "inside" seam tag, this may have been a sample, looks like it says Mimi Cutting and a date in 2018. Fabric is light and airy chiffon-like with a texture. No size tag, guessing a small to medium so please compare measurements to a similar garment that you may have: Shoulder seam to should seam - 15" Armpit to Armpit - 18" Length straight down back to bottom - 21 1/2"
