Here is how: To check the modem type on your ResMed AirCurve 10, look at the sticker on the back or bottom of the device, or navigate to the "About" screen in the clinical menu.Method 1: Check the Machine LabelUnplug the power and remove the water chamber to see the device label.Locate the product ID or IC ID code.Older 3G modems will end in AIR103G, while newer 4G/LTE modems will end in AIR104G.Method 2: Check t

stanleythomashthanks for letting me know. no scratches on the front? I can't tell from the picture if there's smudging on the case or just reflection near the power cord....I am seeing the Dr next Thursday to see about which direction i should go in.
