Vintage 1997 The Simpsons Bartman (Bart Simpson) figure by Mattel. Bart is in his purple Bartman mask and cape, mounted in a purple display frame with character art and "The Simpsons" logo. This is an awesome 90s collectible, but it does have significant wear and is best for parts, restoration, or a quirky display piece.
