The book has light visible shelf wear. The pages are in used condition. There's a rip of the paper (see the picture with a black Ghost dog), and a lot of smaller rips (like the one pointed on the bottom of a page), and some creases. One page has some stains (pointed in picture). Also, it has a smell. "The Nightmare Before Christmas is the first book that Tim Burton has written and illustrated.
