Vintage Suffolk Bitters Blue Pig Form Bottle. This item is a 1970s vintage reproduction of a 19th-century Suffolk Bitters figural pig bottle. They were originally used to hold medicinal "bitters" that contained a very high alcohol content. The bottle is embossed with "Suffolk Bitters" on one side and "America's Suffolk Bitters Life Preserver" on the other. The spout acts as the pig's tail, which originally held a cork, as this one does. Excellent pre-owned condition, no chips or cracks. One photo shows a bubble within the glass on the top of pig. Measures approximately 9.5” long, 2.5” wide and 4” tall.
