simplyjosephine@lbbolden Hello and apologies for my delayed response to you!! Notification of your question was buried beneath numerous others about Posh Parties. 🤦🏻‍♀️ PTP is up to 19, flat. The dress is meant to fit loose. If wearer’s measurement is not a 19, then the sides folds-in like pleat, which isn’t visible. But if you are a size 4 or smaller, I think this dress will look way too big unless you are taller. Happy to answer if you have any more questions!
