Is this dress 15 in waists flat? What clothing number would you say this fits? Usually I’m a size 12 numerically and I’m trying to see if this will fit

@jessalexish hi there, I just checked my listing and I don’t know where that 15 inch waist came from that must’ve been a typo. I just remeasured the dress. It is 20 inches pit to pit and I laid it flat and went across the waist where I think the waist would be. And it’s approximately 21 inches.
