The neck strap is adjustable and the waist strap is a tie so I would say a range. I can measure the actual front area for coverage this afternoon

The width at waist tie and below is 22 1/2 in. The chest area starts at 9 in at top and fans out to the 22 1/2 in at waist tie. Length is 35 in. Hope this helps.
