therubbertoad @bellabluediamon Poshmark policy clearly states that items must be accurately described, and if not, your purchase is protected. We have sold thousands of products across our 5 closets for over 8 years and we are familiar with the policies. We carefully inspect each item for stains and rips. We list all flaws in our description, where applicable.

bellabluediamon @therubbertoad please hear me out. I was addressing the multiple experiences my Posher group has. It occurs more than previously, (here since ‘18). MANY sellers aren’t mentioning flaws, but when asked (as I did you), flaws range from a “couple” to “several”. Sales are protected, however more transparency =fewer returns. We have to ask the same questions to lessen our chances on a return. Thnx for hearing me out.

therubbertoad @bellabluediamon I get that, and I agree , it is annoying when sellers are not upfront about the condition and put you through the hassle of returning. At the same time, even with careful inspection, it is possible to miss things from time to time. That's just the nature of selling and buying pre-owned. And thats why Poshmark has protections in place just so that you are covered if anything is awry.
