Vintage 1960s metal mesh handbag w/lucite handles

Unique vintage black metal mesh handbag/purse with lucite handles, dating from the 1960s. The cool thing about this bag is that the metal mesh part extends down past the main inner portion of the bag, so it clinks together a little when you're holding it (and is much smaller when you put it down). In very good vintage condition, with normal vintage signs of use. There is some wear on leather interior at top, but the big callout is that on the upper left side, there's about a 1/2 " section of mesh that is missing, shown in pic. It's perfectly functional but I would stitch it down just to be safe, Either way, this bag is over 50 years old and is a beautiful piece of history, but please only purchase if you are truly looking for vintage and not a new off-the-shelf bag.
