Measurements: Bust - 34” - measured 17” laying flat pit to pit then doubled. Waist - 27” measured 13.5” laying flat (and unstretched) then doubled. The waist is elastic so it can stretch to about 34” but no more. Comes from a smoke-free, cat free home. We do have a Labrador Retriever. ****PLEASE READ**** I am not a reseller.
