The pit to pit measurements are taken: one 13” hanging, the second 15” laying down, the fabric is so soft and drape it measures differently. I am rephoshing upon receiving this Christy Dawn dress. The tag indicates size M, however per my other CD size M dresses, I’d say this fits more along the lines of a S or S/M. Please see measurements to check your desired fit. It is a wrap dress giving a lot of range of fit. If you are a gal blessed with a voluptuous bosom you may likely need a layer underneath. I am a gal whom is unable to wear a bra due to an accident I like to be more covered. The blue is stunning and the fabric is like new, no piling or snags. It appears to be a long thread weave, giving a very clean line to the eye vs. some stonewashed weaves that are made from shorter fibers then beaten into softness, start to give a surface fluffy appearance.
