Vintage smocked waist pleated midi Skirt xs to large

Flowy dark grey midi skirt with a white floral border pattern. Uniquely smocked waistband for a comfortable fit and textural interest. Lightweight sheer top fabric that is lined but allows for the bottom to have a sheer panel look. Has great movement (see video). In awesome vintage condition, no call outs.
