Joan Rivers Bitsy pull-on wide leg pants (QVC item A616445) with alterations

I do not believe that these were ever worn, but my mom advised me that she did have them altered. Photos include waist and inseam measurements. Happy to provide additional measurements as needed (although I’m pretty sure these were the only two things changed).
