Heavy silver-tone hinged bangle with raised floral and foliate detailing possible Vargus or Whiting and Davis. Detailed embossed texture and sculpted petals all around. Statement vintage-inspired look. Easy to wear hinge closure. Hinge works good, it is missing the safety chain, well made, good condition. It is about 3” across when closed, just over 1” tall. My wrist is sort of big and it fit snuggly. There is an ornate flower and leaf design at closure and bend on the flat metal. I think the pattern that is raised looks like a strawberry.
