VTG Austria Petit Point Rose Brooch

This exquisite oval pin features a highly detailed, hand-stitched red and pink rose bud surrounded by rich green leaves. The micro-embroidery technique uses incredibly tiny stitches on a fine mesh canvas to create a design that looks like a miniature painting. The artwork is securely set into a lovely silver-tone metal frame with delicate openwork filigree details and small bead accents along the outer scalloped border.
