Rare Handmade Blue Ammolite Gemstone Ring in 14k Gold Fill, Fossil Ring

This unique ring is a natural Ammolite Stone that is 6mm long x 4mm wide. They weigh .5 carats each -I've set them in a 14k Gold Filled Bezel Ring -I have 2 rings available, size 7 and size 8 on the US Ring Scale Ammolite formed in the fossils of Ammonite which were prehistoric creatures that resembled squid. These beautiful gemstones are irridescent and come in reds, greens, yellows and as you see here, Blues. This blue is incredible and one of the more rare colours of Ammolite. AMMOLITE is one of only 3 gemstones in the world that are Biogenic. Meaning, it was created by a life form. The other two are Amber and Pearl. Ammolite, out of the three, is the most rare. That makes it a very unique gemstone GOLD FILLED jewelry is created by bonding a thick layer of actual gold to another metal, usually brass or copper or sterling silver.
