100% cotton with cotton lining
This is a pull on skirt with an elastic waist and has a ruffled yoke seam (so more fitted at top - see photos)
The measurements are (while flat):
waist: 14.5" but stretches to 19"
length: 30"
It is machine washable/tumble dry. I washed this once and hung it to dry.
Really super cute skirt for summer.
