VTG OP Black Hooded Vest with Rainbow Accent Men’s S/M

Ocean Pacific sleeveless hooded vest in black. Bold rainbow stripe across chest adds color. Front zipper and pockets for function. Casual layered look. There are a few stains shown in the pictures but otherwise in good used condition. Perfect for PRIDE or everyday wear.
