A complete 17 piece vintage Japanese tea set (service for 6). EXCELLENT condition, which is rare for a set that is 75 years old!
Finish: Lusterware (Iridescent/Pearlescent)
Style: Dragonware / Moriage (Raised Clay Texture).
Origin: Made in Japan (Mid-Century, c. 1950s).
Detail: Features the highly collectible 'Lithophane' Geisha image in the bottom of the cups when held to light.

6 Teacups
6 Saucers
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. The iridescent glaze is bright and colorful. The hand-painted dragon details are sharp with a distinct raised texture.
No chips or cracks. Some minor fading of the gold guild on the handle of the tea pot (see photo).
