Kenar Skirt Pleated Effect with Detailed Bottom Sz S

Great design by Kenar. This skirt looks to be pleated but is well designed with self welt to give that effect.Nite the details in the bottom. Looks like wool bit is 70& Rayon / 30 % Poly. Resists wrinkles. The skirt has stretch from the waist ti the body of the piece. Approx measurements" Length 19 1/4" to the bottom point Waist laying flat without stretching 13 1/2" Looks to never have been worn. No damage at all. From a smoke/pet free home.
