Reposhing as it didn’t fit me. NWT when I received it. I tried it on then ended up not wearing it because it runs slightly big due to style of dress. It has belt/tie loops, but did not come with one. Flowy crinkle gauze dress featuring intricate lace yoke at the neckline. Soft, lightweight fabric and is lined. It is solid black and in good condition. Comes from smoke free pet free home.
