dragfly72Hi. Pretty dress. Does the sash wrap around the waste at all to create more of a "criss-cross" on the back OR is it meant to just tie like a bow with the back totally open (like in your pic)? *I'm hoping this may work for an upcoming event I have. I appreciate your time. 🙂
