bluemoonunder @annabrown241 Hi! Yes, it can be, but only with the detachable strap. In the photos you’ll see it displayed as a shoulder bag. I had the shoulder strap on the lowest setting, so it could actually sit 6” higher (mid waist) if that makes sense. The shoulder strap drops from a 13” to 19”. The picture depicts a 19” hang. The two top handles drop 3.5”
