New with tags (NWT) swim one piece in a size 2X (18-20) that retails for $35.90. Adjustable straps, but the bra/cups are not removable without cutting them out. Pit to pit (PTP) is approx. 19-20" without stretching but of course is very stretchy. The suit looks more royal blue or ocean blue depending on the warmth of the lighting.
