Skirt is 100% rayon and machine washable the waistband is a smooth front and elastic on the back half. 13” wide at waist and 39” long. Pre-owned with no holes, snags, stains or tears. I included the Old Navy “Boyfriend” top because it matches well with the pink/orangish floral print of the skirt. It is also a size S and has a front small pocket and slits on the lower sides. 52% linen/48% polyester and machine washable. 21” underarm to underarm, 20” wide along the bottom, and 23” long in front/24.5” long in back.
