Are you able to do a hip measurement maybe 4-6 inches down from the waist? I’m a 42 at the hip

@clairibou The measurement at the first tier is 42 inches exactly. It’s about 7.5 inches down from the top of the skirt. 4 inches down from the top of the skirt is closer to 38 inches around
