Y2K Colour Shifting Beaded Formal Gown with Asymmetrical Strap

The colour of this dress seems to shift between periwinkle, silver, and blue (the blue shows up a little more prominently in real life.) It has beautiful floral beadwork, and is in great condition, no flaws to note. It's only missing the straps that you use to hang it (hence my DIY binder clip & string straps, haha!)
