Munrospun Pure Lambswool Poncho – Size S – Cream, Brown, Wedgewood Blue

You’ll feel as though you’ve stepped out of the Scottish Highlands in this Munrospun knitted poncho. Made of 100% pure lambswool, it features a high collar that folds over and has a small side-buckle closure. The body of the poncho has button closures at the sides. It measures 29” (73.5cm) across at the widest point, and 24” (61cm) at the longest point down the centre; the collar measures 8” (20cm) unfolded and 4” (10cm) folded. This poncho is in very good pre-loved condition. It’s a timeless piece that you’ll treasure for years to come. Munrospun was a Scottish woollen mill and clothing brand founded in 1880 in Edinburgh, Scotland, by William Munro. It was known for producing high-quality Scottish knitwear, including Shetland sweaters, cardigans, jackets and homespun tweeds. The mill ceased operations in 1970. The name is now associated with the Scottish retailer, The House of Bruar, which use it for their own brand knitwear.
