Condition:
These are new with two minor cosmetic issues:
1. there is a tiny smudge (looks like paint) on the left side of one of the boots; it may be possible to remove this but would probably best be handled by a shoe professional or someone with shoe cleaning expertise (see pic). 2. One of the laces has split in a couple places; It's still useable but probably should be replaced.
