karenkwriter@ashnic112016 it is lined to the very first tier of the dress. I don’t think it’s particularly heavy, but yes, it is stunning. It’s very long. I think you might have to hem it or you could do something interesting with the hem without hemming it like tying it up or something else anyway it’s kind of an amazing dress. I agree!
