Vintage Sprouts Vicky Vaughn Sailor Dress S/M Blue White

Vintage blue & white 1980s sailor style dress by Sprouts by Vicky Vaughn, size small-medium. No size tag, please see measurements below to confirm size. Striped bodice with cap sleeves and tie neckline, white midi length skirt, side zip closure, one thread belt loop, included elastic non-adjustable belt. Good vintage condition with some pilling and two snags, one on front and one on back. No care/content tag but feels like polyester knit. No size tag, measures about 18" pit to pit, 15" across narrowest part of waist, 42" shoulder to hem. Belt measures about 29" end to end. I always pack carefully and ship out by next business day!
