This "oatmeal" or "vanilla" colored mini skirt features a tie belt and two patch pockets. It is a pull-on style with elastic waist and is unlined. 100% cotton with a soft, sweatshirt-like feel. Unlined. Approx. 18-inches from top of waist to hem. While this skirt has the Garnet Hill label, the pocket shape and double belt loop detail are similar to designs from Free People.
