David Meister Fit & Flare Midi Dress. Floral, Bow Accent, Heavy Fabric

Beautiful David Meister fit & flare midi length dress, women's size 2. Colorful with black accents, floral design. Zip closure on the back, cap sleeve. Bow accent across the waist. The bottom of the dress is pleated and each section is sewn. Fully lined. There is no tag with the fabric detail, however the fabric of this dress is very heavy.  Measurements are approximate Underarm seam to underarm seam: 16.5” Top of shoulder to bottom of skirt: 39” Across waist: 14” Pre-owned. There is very slight discoloration at the very top collar, left hand side, its very difficult to see and I only seen it when I inspected the dress with a light.
