As shown in the second photo, the tacking thread on one side of the back bow loops has come loose, causing that side to hang slightly lower. It is a very simple fix that requires just a few hand stitches to thread back and anchor into place, or it can be easily secured by a tailor/dry cleaner. Fabric itself is pristine.
