Napco pale pink vase numbered and made in Japan. The rim has an applied "spaghetti" texture and is ruffled. In addition, white flowers with "spaghetti" centers, wrapped in a gold ribbon and bow. It’s in amazing condition with no damage to the spaghetti. There is a small black spot that is shown in the photos that I was unable to remove while cleaning this up.
