Vintage 1920’s Disney “The Thrift Book”By Mickey Mouse Coin Bank W/Key RARE FIND

This is a vintage 1920’s Zell Products “The Thrift Book” By Mickey Mouse, coin bank fashioned to look like a book. The bank features embossed image of Mickey Mouse on the front and embossed Title on side reads “ The Thrift Book” By Mickey Mouse, & THIS PRODUCT IS MFD UNDER EXCLUSIVE LICENSE GRANTED BY WALT DISNEY. It is constructed from metal and covered with a red colored leatherette material with metal corner protectors and a locking mechanism and key. The bank is in good condition for the age. No major issues ( see photos) as they are part of description. These banks are highly collectible items of Disney memorabilia from the era. Dementions are approximately 3.5” x 4.5” I have not attempted to open the bank. Mainly because I don’t know how, and I definitely don’t want to damage this piece of Disney History.
