Used condition. Please see photos for signs of wear and measurements. This dress needed some ironing when I found it, so I know it’s been worn, washed and dried but no stains or holes that I see. I would suggest hanging dry…the ironing takes a while but it is so worth it. This dress is amazing. Smocked top measures about 14” across but stretches to 18” across. Straps are completely adjustable. Length from top of smocking to bottom is 38” so midi or maxi depending on your height. Beautiful Swiss Dot tropical cotton fabric.
