C-grade flaw is the wavy zipper and it gets stuck if you unzip it to the top. If you keep it past the bend (like in the last photo I added) the zipper works so it can still be used but it's not flawless the way the original buyer proclaimed and the price should have reflected that (it did not). Bought this from a dishonest seller and poshmark customer service is AI now so buyer guarantee beware! It's still a great portland leather purse and I'd love to pass it along to its authentic home with a better buying experience than I had! I used it lightly for a week but ultimately was just fed up with the seller and poshmark customer service. My loss your gain :) Happy Poshing
