NWT Vintage Tops 'n Bottoms Southwest Wrap Skirt

This wrap skirt is incredibly special. It's part of a handmade line called Tops 'n Bottoms that I believe was based out of Arizona. Hand painted by Sue (signed on the front) It's labeled 100% Encron and for the life of me, I haven't been able to determine what that means. The fabric feels like a lightweight suede to me. The design number is 2119. Gorgeous kachina or Native American dancer painted on the front of the wrap skirt. This skirt will be an amazing addition to your closet! As it’s tied, the waist is 15”. However it’s a wrap skirt and the over lap is just under 2.” Length is appx 27”
