There’s black netting/mesh under the all the ruffles, really gorgeous detail. It also has clear jewels across the neckline, beautiful look. It says size S but it’s very stretchy and would fit more of a M/L. Rayon/polyester/spandex. Really pretty top, this is pre-loved, but still in nice condition. Thank you for looking.
